The flower arrangement was very well done but the card that went along with the flowers was written in English for some reason was translated to French . I did make a complain to the florist and was told that the owner would call me but it hasen't happened yet .still waiting.

The arrangement was beautiful for valentines day she loved the little pink Rose's and everything, always happy to order from here, only one thing that bothered me this time was the flowers initially smelled like cigarette smoke when we received them, probably because of the delivery driver, as someone who strongly dislikes the smell of cigarettes it was a little upsetting to smell the flowers at first and have that odour along with it

Malgré qui, faisait froid (environ -15 degrés), les fleurs sont arrivées sans emballage protecteur. Certains lys avaient des pétales qui avaient été pliés. Le bouquet a à peine duré 3 jours... Très décevant, habituellement les fleurs reçues de Smith brothers étaient magnifiques, bien emballés et duraient beaucoup plus longtemps.

I received the dozen red roses in a timely manner. Yes, the bouquet was stunning. It brought a ray of sunshine on that gloomy day. Thank you for the arrangement of flowers and the vase. The only thing you could add is a small sachet of feed to keep the flowers fresh a bit longer.
